Almond Butter, Hemp and Cinnamon Energy Balls
1/2 cup almond butter
1 cup gluten free oats
1/2 cup hemp seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup toasted coconut (save 1/4 cup for rolling)
Honey to taste (or almond milk)
Mix dry ingredients, then add almond butter and either honey or almond milk. Roll into balls, and then roll in coconut.
